EC removes DMs of 4 districts in Bengal

The Election Commission in West Bengal removed the District Magistrates (DMs) of East Medinipur, Jhargram, East Bardhaman, and Birbhum from their positions.

Removal comes on the basis of complaints received. New DMs to be appointed soon.
